Using helloVigo

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.

How to behave here

helloVigo exists to help real people meet up for real activities. Don't:

Harass, threaten, impersonate, or endanger anyone.
Post content that's hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, or deceptive.
Use the app for spam, advertising, scams, or soliciting money.
Use it for anything other than genuine social activities — no commercial recruitment, no dating-under-false-pretenses, no data scraping.
Create accounts to evade a block or a ban.

We can remove content, suspend hosting privileges, or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Meeting people in person

helloVigo introduces you to other users. It does not vet, background-check, or vouch for anyone. You decide who to meet and where, and you do so at your own risk. Read the Safety Tips before meeting anyone new — meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it within the app so the service can work. You're responsible for having the right to post what you post, and for anything you share.

Reporting and enforcement

You can report or block any user from their profile. Reports go to us for review. We may act on reports, activity patterns, or our own judgment. We don't guarantee a specific outcome or response time.

The service is provided "as is"

We work to keep helloVigo running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that any event will happen as posted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users — online or in person.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Account. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Some records (like reports) may be retained where needed for safety or legal reasons.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Questions: [your contact email].
